Effective Transformation Therapy and Mari Gisele Yoga are partnering to host a very special event in Walla Walla!
A supportive two-hour experience blending the healing power of group therapy with mindful movement, yoga, and meditation to help you connect, process, and come home to yourself.
Alice with Effective Transformation Therapy will lead group therapy for the first hour, focusing on learning about boundaries and non-violent communication. These skills are vital as we head towards the holiday season, where there are many opportunities to face challenging family dynamics. Mari with Mari Gisele Yoga will lead a yoga session for the second hour, leading us through movements that bring us back to our bodies. Mari’s approach blends strength, mobility, mindfulness and a deep respect for the body you're in today.
Consent forms will be emailed by Simple Practice, please ensure to complete forms prior to event. Those who do not have all necessary forms completed will not be able to participate in the event.
